Have been using Bitcoin since 2010. There are a few businesses that accept BTC on the Island and a dive shop on Utila that does also.
One great thing about crypto currencies is it’s ability to help people come up out of poverty. There are several ways on line for it to happen. I’d be happy to help anyone that needs it to get them started down that road.

Do you know if its possible to buy property with Bitcoin?

It is possible. You’d have to set up or establish an escrow account with a local attorney ahead of your BTC transfer.
