Are there any Disabled American Veterans on the Island? If so where do you get medical care?

I have reached out to Warfighter Scuba but have not gotten a response. If anyone knows what veterans on Roatan do for their medical needs and medicine please let me know. That is a factor for us deciding if we can retire in Roatan. Thank you.

My wife was medically retired at 100% and I retired in 2013 and was awarded 90% so we are also interested in medical care for disabled veterans.

From what I understand there is no free medical facilities for military veterans. If you are like my wife and I, require check up/follow up appointments and numerous medications, Roatan is not an option for us. However, Puerto Rico is great for Veterans. Puerto Rico has VA facilities and with our disability rating we are exempt from property taxes.
