LOOKING FOR A BOAT CAPTAIN:
Friends, the Scuba Shop is looking for an able boat Captain to man a 40ft single-engine (inboard) vessel. The boat was built with multi-purpose functionality, able to be used as a fishing vessel, a small liveaboard, and a cruiser. Some of the key features of the boat include:
- Front and rear thrusters
- Garmin Autopilot Navigator System
- Sonar & Radar
- Three Births
- Entertainment Galley
- Sports Area (Scuba/Fishing/Lounging
This position is for a newly built boat. As such, we’re looking for a best in class Captain able to manage the following responsibilities:
- Owner Communications
- Financial Administration for boat-related expenses
- Digital Navigation
- Familiar with local reef systems
- Boat upkeep and daily washdowns
- Oversee safety procedures
- Excellent customer services
- Mechanical Walkthroughs before sailing
- Planned maintenance coordination
