I would like to know if Little French Key is already open for tourism at november 2020? Or it is still closed because of COVID-19? How are the procedures to make a reservation to go to LFK?

More specifically, there are discussions about LFK having a soft opening within 30 days, but nothing official has been announced as of yet.
