We are in Sandy Bay on the water. We retired from Canada and built a triplex (3 separate 2 bedroom units) and we live in one of the unites. Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk in shower, kitchen, dining area and living room and is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Each unit also has a 10 foot by 40 foot deck.
