Looking for long term rental

we are looking around for a longterm rental. there are a couple necessities or boxes we need to have checked.

  1. we would like to be around other expats (we are 44 and 37)
  2. beachfront
    3.can be Roatan or utila
  3. not too concerned with location, just don’t want Coxen Hole.
    other than that we are pretty wide open, budget of 1400 or less per month preferred.

impossible to find any long term rental listing online
