We’ve been informed that the owners of Little French Key are going through a divorce and there are issues with going there because, when people book online, they get there and are told they have not paid. Anyone dealt with this or can you verify this?
Indeed. They are going through some legal stuff and it’s better to pay when you arrive. To avoid that issue when you get there, don’t pay online.
Don’t believe a word they say or post…just had the experience last week when it was posted they serve brunch with a free mimosa or bloody. They do not serve brunch, there are no free anything and if you aren’t there to spend money on sloth tours or see animals in cages cruelly kept, then why go? Even getting off the island once we arrived was problematic since the boat wouldn’t come back to get us for a long time. My thought: stay away.
