Looking for property / mini resort - Insight

Hey there!
We are looking to potentially buy some property in Roatan and start a small business over the next couple of years. Looking at a small restaurant/cantina and a few casitas with a main house for the family. It’s a retirement plan/legacy to leave for the kids. I live in L.A. and just curious to get some intel from people who have taken roots there. Maybe business owners? Vacation rental/Air BnB people? How is it getting your spots rented?

Also, what is the status of entertainment on the island? Live shows? Comedy? Music? Etc???

an excellent property and business plus additional real estate is available…called Beach Grill at the Blue Bahia resort. Annie at RE/MAX has the listing. her phone number in Roatan is 504 9996 8252. Restaurant is very popular, resort is small about 10 casitas, two b rand new condos built on top of restaurant, beachfront in Sandy Bay plus the opportunity to own the real estate that the dive shop operates out of, Sandy Bay Divers. Highly recommend - you can purchase all or parts of it.
