Sadly we are coming to the end of our 30 visit here. We have been staying on a property with several rental homes. We have had a property manager,grounds keepers,maintenance people, and a security guard. We want to give them each a tip. What is appropriate?

It is a pleasure to hear you ask this question because many day laborers never receive the appropriate thanks and gratitude. I suggest 500 lempiras ($20 usd) per worker. But may I also suggest that any leftover food, supplies you bought and have not used or any liquor you may not use up be donated as well. This will be very much appreciated.
