Hi there- My fiancé and I are considering staying at The Beach House Roatan (yellow hotel) for our honeymoon this summer. Wondering what the current conditions are like in West End- are most of the shops and restaurants open? Is there still a lot to do or is everything still pretty slow/out of business due to Covid?

Hello! What a great place to come for a honeymoon! West End and the rest of the island are mostly open for business. I am here now and there are lots of tourists and the cruise ships are here weekly. A few places are permanently shut due to the pandemic economic effects but it appears most things are on the upswing. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials.

excellent resort for a honeymoon…just newly remodeled. and West End as well as the rest of the island is open for business and we have lots of tourists enjoying it every day. No worries.
